October Offer Terms & Important Legal Disclaimers

This promotional offer is made by 3tone Digital LLC doing business as Clifton Park Spark, a locally owned husband-and-wife business based in Clifton Park, NY.

The $888 flat website (up to 4 pages) is limited-time promotional pricing for new qualifying clients who start by October 31, 2026. This offer applies to up to 4 pages, such as Home, Services, About, and Contact. The site includes a free domain, SSL certificate, lead-generating form, and professional email. Hosting and maintenance cost $22 a month for the first year, then $88 a month after the first year.

The site is scheduled to go live about a week after we have received the logo, photos, and domain or DNS access. If any of those arrive later, the week starts when the last one arrives. Kickoffs are scheduled Monday through Thursday. This is the intended schedule for that scope, and it depends on those assets arriving.

All pricing and eligibility are subject to review after we see the business and the assets. Sites that need a store, a blog, logins, a members area, or substantial extra pages are outside this offer and will be quoted separately. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.

This webpage is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract or legal offer. No agreement exists until both parties confirm the scope in writing.

Services Provided “AS IS”: No Guarantees of Results

All design, copy, launch, hosting, and support services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, specific load-time scores, or that every site will launch within one week. Timing depends on the assets we receive, the domain, and third-party services. Outcomes vary.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this offer or the services shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us in the preceding twelve (12) months (or the total amount paid if the relationship is shorter). In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any potential client or to terminate service for any reason, including non-payment, abusive or unreasonable behavior, violation of terms, or if we determine in our sole discretion that the relationship is not a good fit. This right will be exercised in compliance with applicable New York law.

Ownership

You keep ownership of your domain. The site files produced for this offer are yours once the $888 is paid. Hosting and maintenance are $22 a month for the first year for clients who start by October 31, 2026, then $88 a month after that first year. Clients who start after October 31, 2026 pay the then-current hosting and maintenance rate.
