This weekend, the Clifton Park community is coming together to support one of our own.
A fundraiser will be held to benefit Jennifer Dworakowski, who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Jennifer is known by many as a devoted mother and a kind, generous person who has always shown up for others. Now, friends, family, and neighbors are rallying to show up for her.

💲 $30 per person
Admission includes food, door prizes, and music by HENNY JENNY, who will be DJing the event. There will also be gift baskets and raffles available throughout the afternoon. Beverages will be available for purchase.
All proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly toward Jennifer’s medical expenses, including treatment costs, travel to appointments, and time away from work as she undergoes surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.

- Donate gift certificates or gift baskets (drop-off requested by noon on Saturday)
- Share the event with friends and family
