Clifton Park is gearing up for summer with the opening of our 3 town pools starting Memorial Day weekend!
The Barney Road Pool and Country Knolls Pool will welcome swimmers from May 26, while the Locust Lane Pool will start its season on June 26:
Barney Road Pool – opening May 26th 2024
Country Knolls Pool – opening May 26th 2024
Locust Lane Pool – opening June 26th 2024
Each pool comes with a full summer of fun until August 18, though this closing date may extend if staffing permits.
Learn to Swim
The “Learn to Swim” program is making a comeback this year, with registration kicking off on June 3. The program will unfold in two sessions at the Country Knolls Pool, starting July 8. Availability will depend on the number of qualified lifeguards available, ensuring a safe and educational experience for all participants.
For those interested in more details, including how to purchase a membership or sign up for swim lessons, please visit the Clifton Park Parks and Recreation page at Clifton Park Recreation.
And hey if you’ve ever dreamed of being a lifeguard or teaching swimming, now’s your chance! Contact Supervisor Barrett at PBarrett@cliftonpark.org for more information on these roles.
Visit the pools daily from noon to 8:00 PM at any of the three locations in Clifton Park. Note that pools may close early on July 4th.
