Paid Listing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to recurring paid business listings purchased from Clifton Park Spark, a service operated by 3tone Digital. It is part of the Clifton Park Spark Terms of Use.

1. Plans

  • Featured + optimized listing — $30 per month. A featured directory position and a custom, SEO-focused business page.
  • Featured + optimized listing + lead form — $50 per month. The same featured and optimized page plus a lead form that routes inquiries to the customer-designated email address.

Taxes, if any, will be disclosed before payment. Special projects, advertising, or services outside these listed benefits require a separate written agreement or quote.

2. Automatic monthly renewal

Your subscription begins when your initial payment is accepted and continues month to month until canceled. You authorize 3tone Digital and its payment processor to charge the selected plan price to your payment method at checkout and approximately every month thereafter until cancellation.

The first payment authorizes us to begin onboarding and page-development work. It is not a refundable deposit.

3. Launch window and included revisions

After we receive the information and materials reasonably needed to build the page, we usually launch the optimized listing within 48 hours. If unforeseen technical, staffing, third-party, or project circumstances arise, launch may take up to seven calendar days. If we anticipate a longer delay, we will contact you with an updated schedule.

The plan includes one clearly defined set of revisions to the initial page. Please combine the requested revisions into one organized response. Additional revision rounds, redesigns, new sections, custom integrations, or other work beyond the included listing scope are not included in the monthly directory price. As a digital team specializing in SEO, web design, and related services, 3tone Digital can discuss additional work and provide a separate scope and price before that work begins.

Launch timing depends on the completeness of the information and materials you provide and your timely response to reasonable questions. Customer-caused delays do not pause subscription billing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. How to cancel

You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee:

Identify the business and subscription in the request. A valid cancellation is effective when it is submitted through one of the methods above. We may verify the request to protect the account, but we will not impose unreasonable steps or delay a valid cancellation. We will send confirmation after processing the request.

We will not intentionally charge you after an effective cancellation. If an automated charge is processed after a valid cancellation request was submitted, contact us so we can review and correct the billing error.

5. Effect of cancellation

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops the next recurring charge. Paid features may remain active through the end of the billing period already paid for.

When the paid period ends:

  • featured status and paid placement end;
  • the optimized or custom page is disabled or unpublished;
  • the lead form, if included, is disabled; and
  • the business may return to a free, standard directory listing using the general listing layout.

You may ask us to disable paid features before the paid period ends, but early removal does not create a refund or account credit. You may separately request removal of the standard listing through our Business Listing Correction and Removal Policy. Canceling paid features does not automatically delete the business from the directory.

6. No-refund policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once charged, including partial-month or unused time, except where a refund is required by law or we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge.

Canceling does not reverse a valid payment that was already processed. This policy does not limit a non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge as permitted by the payment processor and may suspend paid benefits. If the subscription is not brought current, we may disable the optimized page and lead form and return the business to a standard listing.

8. Price or plan changes

We will not charge a higher recurring price without providing the notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law. A change to an active plan will take effect as stated in the notice or at checkout. Customers may cancel before a change takes effect.

9. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful, and usable business information, branding, images, offers, and lead-delivery details; responding to reasonable requests needed to build or maintain the page; and keeping contact and payment information current.

10. Results are not guaranteed

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, impressions, leads, email delivery, conversions, sales, or revenue. Search engines and third-party platforms control their own systems and may change them at any time.

11. Ownership after cancellation

You retain ownership of logos, photographs, trademarks, and other material you supplied. 3tone Digital retains ownership of the Site, its code, templates, designs, layouts, directory compilation, and original work created as part of the hosted listing unless a separate written agreement expressly transfers ownership.

Cancellation ends the right to use the paid hosted layout on Clifton Park Spark. We are not required to transfer, export, or host the optimized page elsewhere.

12. Billing and support questions

Use our contact form or email info@cliftonparkspark.com. Include the business name, subscriber email, charge date, and the last four digits shown on the receipt. Never send a complete payment-card number by email.
